Beautiful hotel on st Remy. We had a smooth check in with the valet/bell boy Christophe taking care of us. The shuttle to the city centre was also a bonus however I would suggest that they have a dedicated number for this because it was difficult trying to get a hold of the hotel for the return journey. Breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment. For 30€, you hope to get omelettes/poached eggs but these come at an additional cost.

We had a wonderful 6-night family stay and wanted to extend our warmest thanks to Olivier, Célia, and Sandra. Their professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness truly made all the difference throughout our stay with our children. Always attentive, smiling, and mindful of every detail, they helped make this experience both enjoyable and relaxing. A big thank you to the entire team as well, from reception to the spa and kids' club.

A little gem in the heart of Saint Rémy. The setting is idyllic. All the staff are wonderful, always available, smiling, and always offering excellent advice. A moment of paradise.

I stayed at this hotel in Provence for just under a week. My husband surprised me with a Valentine's Day getaway. Having stayed in other 5-star hotels, I must admit I was quite disappointed with the welcome upon arrival. However, things improved in the following days. The facilities are particularly pleasant – plenty of play areas for children (which is very rare and much appreciated). The spa is also very nice (although the manager's behavior leaves much to be desired). However, I'm giving it 3 stars because we were extremely disappointed with a certain Théo (a receptionist). We asked him if it would be possible to have breakfast at 5:00 a.m. on the day of our departure (since my husband was going to fast all day). He responded very condescendingly when we explained that it was due to the start of Ramadan. We made it clear to them that if it wasn't possible, it wasn't a big deal, but that we wanted to at least try. He gave no instructions to the kitchen – as a result, when we went down to reception that same morning, the staff knew nothing about it, which meant we had to travel back to Paris on an empty stomach. What I found outrageous wasn't so much the lack of a meal, but rather the fact that this gentleman didn't even bother to mention it to the staff. I can therefore confidently say that this was NOT 5-star service at all. Furthermore, after explaining our situation to the hotel manager at check-out, she was apologetic and offered us our extras (even though it didn't change anything). Finally, I would like to commend the housekeeping staff and the valets who were particularly kind and very helpful. If our experience was, on the whole, positive, it was mainly thanks to them.

Exceptional at Domaine de Valrugues! We enjoyed a remarkable gastronomic experience, spearheaded by the recently arrived chef, Alexandre Fabris, who has breathed new life into the cuisine. Each dish was impressively refined and creative, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. It was high time such talent took the reins: there's no doubt he will quickly earn one, or even two, Michelin stars. A truly unmissable address.
