Restaurant Gastronomique - Le Vallon de Valrugues sur Saint-Remy-De-Provence

We went there for my friend's birthday. The chosen service: access to the spa, massage and lunch for 2. The Spa: the swimming pool and jacuzzi is accessible to children and groups of friends. So it can get noisy. The space is very bright and with the decor, we don't have that relaxing spa feeling. The spa is complemented by a sauna. Everything is very clean. The property provides bathrobes, flip-flops and lockers. Teas and herbal teas are available almost everywhere, it's very pleasant. The massage: the first feeling is that it’s super professional! This is the first time I have filled out a health questionnaire and had the massage therapist check in with me before starting. We appreciated. The problem: 50 minutes is too short. It's really missing the 10 minutes. So I felt like some areas were done quickly. On the other hand, the massage was clearly of quality. Lunch: the prices of drinks are a bit of a cold shower. Nearly 80% of drinks for 2 for an aperitif, a bottle of water and 2 glasses of wine. It's a shame. The main course was excellent, the dessert more mixed. It was raining so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors. Summary: nice setting, top masseuses and quality catering service but coming from Marseille I don't think we will repeat the experience, it was not sufficiently "memorable" for that.

Mr. Gabriel alone is worth 5 stars. That gentleman should have a hotel!

Beautiful hotel located in one of the most beautiful villages in the Alpilles. Pleasant and relaxing setting. Excellent services, attentive service. Beautiful flavors perceived during dinner.

A magnificent place, the staff is friendly and attentive, the massages and the spa are brilliant! The meal at the gourmet restaurant is crazy, as is the breakfast, which is more than generous with plenty of choice. Lovely room, super comfortable bed. Nothing negative! We are saving this beautiful address for the future!

Everything was perfect. Except that they made 2 withdrawals from my bank account. Fortunately, I quickly noticed this. After complaint, they refunded me, citing an error on their part. For such an establishment, it's surprising. So, I would have given the stay 5 stars, but.....

Magnificent hotel from the outside, quiet location with lots of trees, top service, attentive staff, smiling and really very kind, hearty breakfast. Small downside - dark dilapidated room, dated decoration (not up to 5 star standards) SPA - nice. I am very happy despite this downside of being here, the staff and their kindness make you forget the rest, a big thank you to them for their smile and their availability. ♥️
