This used to be my go-to place for Kâak warka in Paris, but lately the crust has become too thick, making the pastry a bit dry, which is a shame. It's still a good Tunisian pastry shop, though not the cheapest.

A truly wonderful place for oriental pastries! The products are beautifully presented, and most importantly, the sugar balance is perfect—not too sweet, which is essential for me. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. While it's not quite perfect for a perfect score, a 4 out of 5 is well deserved.

incredible service. thank u to my two kings who put up with our terrible french night after night. the pastries are incredible, try the pistachio, the little sugar balls, and of course, the baklava! going to miss this for late night dessert 💔💔

As a Tunisian living in Le Havre, I never miss a visit to La Rose de Tunis pastry shop in Belleville, Paris. Their oriental pastries are absolutely delicious, and the welcome is always warm. 13/06/2026: The food is fantastic, fresh and refined, and the service is top-notch. A superb place for a romantic dinner; the atmosphere is very calm and intimate.
12/06/2026: Beyond being delicious, the food is very filling, the orders are always accurate, the dishes are flavorful, the prices are quite reasonable, and the wait is also minimal. The only downside is the lack of seating, but you get used to it.

15/03/2026: The food was excellent, however, the waiter didn't know the menu at all. He had to go back and forth several times to explain things to us or tell us what was out of stock. Our dishes didn't arrive at the same time; by the time my dish arrived, my partner had already finished his two. And all the waiters were on their phones right in front of us, seemingly unsure what to do... For a fine dining establishment, we would have expected a bit more professionalism from the waiters. It's a shame because the atmosphere and the food are quite nice.
