We ate well because you can tell it was homemade... however, the portion sizes were small... compared to the photos... the portions are nowhere near the same size today, despite the affordable prices, which aren't exactly cheap either... I think that's a shame.
Otherwise, the staff were generally pleasant.

We had a wonderful meal!
The sirloin steak was cooked perfectly.
The fries were delicious.
The roasted Camembert was excellent.
The dessert selection was equally delicious!
I highly recommend it.

We knew the previous owner. The atmosphere and service were always impeccable, but we were disappointed by the way the meat was cooked. It was seared too quickly, and despite choosing rare, the burnt taste was overpowering. A real shame!

Very good, very pleasant waitresses. However, we were there for a birthday celebration, and we discreetly informed the waitress that we wanted to blow out the birthday candles. Unfortunately, she revealed the pink candle in front of the entire table, harping on about it for a good five minutes, thus spoiling the surprise. But overall, it was still enjoyable despite this minor drawback.
