I've changed my opinion because I went back to the restaurant. The change of staff was very pleasant, as was the service. You have to come back and see for yourself. Do as I did.

A few years ago, La Boucherie was our go-to spot... excellent meats, cooked to perfection, and friendly, helpful staff. But that was then!!! It's appalling. The meat is bad, overcooked... the ice cream is served in a jar of pâté... and to the person with me who didn't order dessert, the grim-faced waiter said, "Are we on a diet?" PLUS, EVERYTHING IS VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We had a wonderful time at La Boucherie restaurant in Muret! Laurent and Sephora's service was impeccable, both in their kindness and in their suggestions for dishes and desserts, which we prepared according to our preferences! We'll definitely be back!

We arrived at 12:20 PM and left at 1:20 PM with full stomachs. The service was courteous, attentive, and friendly. The bread and water magically appeared at the table. Thank you!

07/07/2026: We've been here several times; I came tonight with my family for my birthday, and as always, it was excellent! No complaints about the cooking or the cuts of meat, which were truly superb. I highly recommend this very good brasserie, which uses only homemade products and many items that are no longer found in restaurants today.

11/05/2026: I highly recommend it. Excellent meat, good wine selection, and fantastic servers. Baby friendly: high chairs and microwave available upon request. Great for families, a meal with friends, or a lunch break. Top-notch!
28/04/2026: Lunch today on the terrace Smiling and professional staff Friendly welcome The small quiche with a little salad as a starter was nice The sirloin steak was cooked well, but I was disappointed that the fries weren't homemade I wish there were any sauces offered (pepper or otherwise) Dessert was a chocolate tart with whipped cream Nothing special All accompanied by a draft beer Coffee €25 per person
