I've changed my opinion because I went back to the restaurant. The change of staff was very pleasant, as was the service. You have to come back and see for yourself. Do as I did.

A few years ago, La Boucherie was our go-to spot... excellent meats, cooked to perfection, and friendly, helpful staff. But that was then!!! It's appalling. The meat is bad, overcooked... the ice cream is served in a jar of pâté... and to the person with me who didn't order dessert, the grim-faced waiter said, "Are we on a diet?" PLUS, EVERYTHING IS VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We had a wonderful time at La Boucherie restaurant in Muret! Laurent and Sephora's service was impeccable, both in their kindness and in their suggestions for dishes and desserts, which we prepared according to our preferences! We'll definitely be back!

We arrived at 12:20 PM and left at 1:20 PM with full stomachs. The service was courteous, attentive, and friendly. The bread and water magically appeared at the table. Thank you!

14/08/2026: Dinner with friends last night. We stumbled upon this brasserie. A very good brasserie! Lots of homemade dishes, and the service is excellent. I'll be back :-)

22/08/2026: A rather disappointing experience, as I left before dessert, quite bothered by the smell of a cigar right in front of me, complete with ashes... Sorry, but I already move seats for cigarettes (which I'd already done once upon arrival), so a cigar... I ended up ordering the daily special, which was rather unsatisfactory: boiled green beans. However, the full set menu is €18. Quite reasonable. The waitress was charming.
