Il n'y a pas de mot plus juste que "l'excellence" pour décrire notre expérience à la Table d'Aurélien Largeau. Nous avons choisi le menu iodé et ce fut une grande découverte. Des saveurs incomparables, une façon incroyable de valoriser des poissons et des crustacés d'exception, jusqu'au dessert tout était parfait. Un service rapide et attentionné. Et tout cela dans un lieu mythique. Hâte d'y retourner.

Une très belle soirée dans la rotonde. Un menu "à poils et à plumes" engagé mais réalisé avec beaucoup de finesse. L'accord mets vins était original, avec des vins de caractère. Le service était punchy, très agréable. On s'est régalé, merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe

Le Surfing

02/10/2024: Unfortunately, the best thing is the store itself and the location. Service very bad and dismissive. The cappucino for 5 euros was absolutely tasteless and you didn't even get any water with it. Classic tourist restaurant unfortunately.
01/10/2024: **Le Surfing** in Biarritz is the perfect place to end the day with drinks and tapas while enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic and watching the brave surfers. The relaxed atmosphere and the view of the waves create a unique backdrop. The menu offers a great selection of fresh tapas that go perfectly with a good glass of wine, a local beer or a refreshing cocktail. We particularly liked the location right on the beach - ideal for a relaxed evening with friends or a romantic moment at sunset. An absolute highlight in Biarritz! The service is in the typical French style, rather abrupt and not very warm.
