Our first night in Aix-en-Provence we dined here in the evening. It was beautiful. The view to the fountain, the lights, the food, the wine, the dessert - it was such a lovely experience. The tables are spread out so your conversation in your own. The table service and waiter was extremely professional. The music playing in the background was perfect, a great selection, not too loud and not too soft. Over all, such a beautiful, magical evening.

While passing through Aix, we had breakfast and lunch at La Rotonde. Breakfast was served by Jean-Louis, who was absolutely lovely and incredibly efficient. We only had 20 minutes for everything, but he did his best to ensure we were served quickly. He was very attentive and kind—thank you to him! We returned for lunch, and the person who served us (also a man, but we remembered to ask his name) was just as lovely, attentive, and offered excellent advice! We will definitely be back very soon!
