As a vegetarian, this is one of the few restaurants where I enjoy eating. The dishes are sophisticated and refined. They contrast sharply with those served in other restaurants in the area, where I'm usually relegated to a meager risotto...

The house cocktail isn't labeled as alcoholic, and ordering a €25 dish with such generous portions is disappointing. The dessert portion is far too large, and by the end of the meal, it's all sweets. It's a shame because the main course itself is so good.

I had a good time at La Route Bleue, even though the experience left me with mixed feelings. You can feel the chef's creativity and desire to offer something different. The setting is pleasant, modern, and welcoming, and the overall ambiance is refined. However, a few details slightly detracted from the experience. The service remains professional, but frankly lacks warmth (is a simple smile an extra charge? I wonder...). Furthermore, when customers ask questions or make comments, even politely, the waitresses often respond with a closed-off attitude or a hint of irritation. For me, this doesn't fit with the advertised bistronomic spirit.
