After some back and forth we got a decent room. Good dinner and good breakfast. Very crowded.

Emblematic establishment of Nasbinals making hotel, bar and restaurant... you eat excellent Lozerian recipes with local products... festive village atmosphere, which does not prevent you from sleeping well after a long day of hiking 👍

Hotel very well located for hikers in the Aubrac region. Pleasant room with very good bedding. The menu was imposed on us but without regret. Hearty breakfast. Experience to be repeated.

An authentic restaurant that serves delicious and hearty regional dishes based on quality products. A comfortable and impeccably clean hotel. A friendly bar. Magnificent example of a family establishment with a whole team taking great care of its customers. I highly recommend!

Visiting this village for one night, we arrived at the restaurant on the Route d'Argent welcomed by an orchestra. We spent a magnificent evening and above all we recommend the menu at €34 of course small appetites refrain Both in quality and in quality thank you to the whole team for this wonderful time spent with you we will come back soon.

Hotel with very large and very clean rooms plus the small terrace and the park with its deckchairs. The breakfast is generous, the service is top notch, I recommend it, as well as the restaurant with its delicious, typical Aubrac dishes.

on a super bien mangé. menu à 24 euros . le top ! entre salade gésiers lardons et bleu, saucisse /aligot , plateau de fromage et profiteroles au chocolat . tout excellent et copieux .

Un repas complet à 22€ copieux , de qualité et clairement fait maison avec des produits locaux....chez moi je ne connais pas. un très bon moment sur le Chemin , en rupture avec l'ambiance des gîtes mais c'est aussi agréable de profiter d'une bonne table.

Les Sentiers de l'Aubrac

14/09/2024: Restaurant offering a wide variety of traditional dishes. you enter a room combining authentic and modern decoration, in perfect harmony with the food served. And speaking of service, I wish good luck to this boss who will serve you dishes deliciously prepared by his wife in the kitchen. Courageous people who accept additional customers when there are only two of them for a Saturday evening. A fine example of dedication as it is rare. Thank you for this impromptu service and we look forward to it.
07/09/2024: Quite simply the restaurant of the year: from start to finish no false note with recipes faithful to the atmosphere of Aubrac. Exquisite meat, incredible gentian dessert and awesome gentian brandy. Thank you for all your efforts it was great

Le buron du Che

05/09/2024: A l'entrée la salle "en jette" classe. L'ensemble de la salle , la vue sur la campagne les tables on se sent bien Le repas...........je dirai normal correct rien d'époustouflant ma viande tendre, cuite comme je souhaitais Nous étions quatre, tous satisfaits. Prix moyen aussi, pour nous 40€ Un peu anachronique la patronne se promène avec son appareil de prise de commande à la ceinture certes pratique mais que l'on voit dans les pizzérias et autres de même niveau.... pas trop classe . Enfin un assez bon moment.
28/07/2024: Always satisfied when we have lunch at Buron du Ché, the setting, the cuisine everything seduces us
