A flawless experience from start to finish! La Route des Indes offers a true culinary escape. The meats are tender, the sauces perfectly flavored, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. The decor is elegant and the atmosphere very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing meal. Special mention to the waiter who was incredibly friendly and attentive! I highly recommend it.

10/07/2026: The waffles are still as delicious as ever, however, in this sweltering heat where kitchens seem to be infernos, I feel sorry for the staff. Being in contact with food, it would be preferable to be served by staff wearing gloves, or even a cap, rather than being faced with a waiter dripping with sweat and constantly wiping himself with his hands while serving. Thank you to management for equipping these premises to ensure that their employees suffer less.
