24/04/2026: First time here and a real treat! I'm a regular at Domino's, and sometimes I go to Pizza Hut out of laziness and convenience. I always thought a real pizza would be much more expensive, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the prices were the same, or even cheaper for some items on the menu. I arrived by chance at 7 pm and left after 10 minutes. It's quick, it's fresh, it smells like wood-fired pizza, and you can see the dough, the preparation, and the cooking. I don't understand some of the reviews; this isn't Amazon, it's a restaurant. The only slight downside was that my little one needed to use the restroom while we waited, and I didn't see one inside, apart from the kitchen door, which I think is reserved for employees. We'll definitely be back.

12/04/2026: It's so nice to have an authentic Japanese restaurant nearby. I don't consider myself a Japanese food expert, but I've eaten enough to recognize the best flavors, and this restaurant is a real gem. Everyone working there is lovely, polite, and helpful. As a big tea drinker, I can say that their drinks are excellent, as is their new matcha pastry. It's the best matcha pastry I've ever had. This dessert is perfect for discovering matcha: it's not strong at all, ideal for everyone. I'm also very picky about takoyaki, but I highly recommend them: they're excellent! In short, flawless. This restaurant is fantastic and more than affordable considering the quality of the food. I'm more than happy to be able to enjoy good Japanese food from time to time thanks to Negishi-san! ありがとうございます

The atmosphere is clean and elegant without being pretentious; you feel right at home. The icing on the cake is that the restaurant even welcomes dogs, who receive special attention from the server. Honestly, one of the best restaurants we've ever been to! Thanks again to the team for a wonderful experience; we'll be back!

08/05/2026: The first time my father and I ate there, we each ordered a flank steak, and the meat was tough! We pointed it out, the plate was sent back without any fuss, and we ordered the veal hanger steak instead, which was perfect! The second time we went, we ordered another flank steak and my father ordered an entrecôte. The entrecôte was very good, even if a little fatty, but the flank steak tasted spoiled. I pointed it out, the plate was sent back, they reordered my flank steak, and it still tasted spoiled. I didn't eat it. I told them, and they didn't offer any compensation! Furthermore, there's a sewer smell on the ground floor. I told them, they're aware of it, but according to them, there's nothing they can do! For a restaurant, that's unacceptable. I won't be going back there.

13/04/2026: Absolutely wonderful little brasserie/bistro just down the road from the Centre Place d’Armes in an old building tucked into a newer residential area. Tiny little space filled with antiques wooden tables & a daily chalkboard menu - food was true rustic country cooking - cassoulet, filet de porc with frites & salad - simple but very delicious. Good selection of beers to wash it all down with - Honestly the best meal we had the whole week we were in Valenciennes

09/05/2026: Disappointed by my experience at Le Musigny. The dishes were decent, but lacked the "wow" factor one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The wines offered seemed rather conventional, and the service was very quick, with little explanation of the dishes or the overall experience. The most disturbing aspect was the end of the meal: the chef/owner came to our table and spoke mainly about the difficulties of the profession, the cost of living, overhead, and recruitment problems. This kind of talk seems quite inappropriate in an establishment of this caliber, especially considering the prices. In the end, an experience that didn't live up to our expectations.

It was very pleasant, the service was excellent and attentive, and the meal was delicious—absolutely fantastic, nothing to complain about. Plus, it was our first time at a restaurant, and I chose this one. We weren't disappointed; everything was fresh, the meat was incredibly tender and delicious—truly homemade. We loved it! Thank you to all the staff; we'll be back! 💕💕💕 The only downside was the cars speeding by, which was a bit scary, and the manhole cover that made a lot of noise on the road when cars went by. Otherwise, no other problems.
