The food and value for money are decent, BUT: - When clearing the table, a waitress emptied the used and half-full glasses into the water pitcher! - In the bread basket, a piece had clearly been half-eaten by previous customers... it reeks of recycling! In short, serious hygiene concerns.

I highly recommend this restaurant, great atmosphere and amazing burgers! I did my cooking internship there and learned a lot; they were incredibly patient and kind to me, thank you!

The prices have changed, the butter-making formula is no longer available, and I find it a bit expensive for the quantity (I'm talking about the butter-making product).

I highly recommend it!!!! We arrived as a group of eight, without a reservation and a bit late 🫣, but we received a fantastic welcome. The quality is excellent, whether it's the burgers or the salads, and the portions are generous too 🤤. Looking forward to coming back on our next motorcycle trip 😉

Honestly, a gem! The atmosphere is fantastic and the welcome incredibly warm; you feel right at home. The waiter is amazing, always smiling and super friendly. And the food is incredible; you can tell the ingredients are fresh, and the dishes are delicious—a real treat! Clearly a restaurant you visit once… and you keep coming back again and again! Thanks to Guillaume and Benjamin for knowing how to welcome their customers properly.

20/07/2026: Excellent place, delicious galettes, very reasonable prices, and a very friendly welcome. Giving in to Le Pécher Mignon is the best idea in Florac.
17/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The galettes are exceptional—original, generous recipes made with local and organic ingredients that make all the difference. You can tell that nothing is left to chance in the choice of ingredients. The participatory concept also changes everything: you set your own table, help yourself to drinks and desserts, and only the galettes arrive already prepared. It creates a relaxed, almost homey atmosphere. You come for a little indulgence, and you leave wanting to go back immediately. A must-visit if you're ever in Florac. Highly recommended!
