We had booked the upstairs room for 21 people for a wedding. The preparation with the team beforehand was very smooth; we had planned everything to facilitate the work in the kitchen and dining room. On the day itself, we received a very warm welcome, the service was impeccable, the decor was fantastic, and the food was incredibly delicious. The team made themselves available so we didn't have to chase them up; everything ran smoothly, everything was perfect 👌👌👌 We had a wonderful time, and we also want to thank the entire team for their work, their kindness, their availability, their attentiveness, and especially for the generosity and quality of the dishes—everything homemade, the meat is excellent ❣️❣️❣️❣️, the products are fresh, everyone, even the cooks, cares about the customers' well-being. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's well worth the trip. Don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy some delicious food; you'll be welcomed with a smile 😉😉😉

Excellent welcome and interaction with the staff: We weren't rushed and they asked us what service was best for us, which was very pleasant. All our plates were returned empty 😋 (there's a vegetarian option 👍 And the steaks on the children's menu are really big steaks). The dining room and restrooms were clean! TOP notch, we'll be back!

We came this Sunday, Mother's Day, without having booked in advance, and had a truly wonderful time. The food was top-notch, the service was excellent, the setting magnificent, the produce fresh, and the cuisine refined. Honestly, 10 out of 10! Well done to you all!

This dining room is a real gem. Once you've parked in the back lot, a bar welcomes you, and then charming staff guide you into a lovely, tastefully decorated room with a view of the Harnes slag heap, which could have easily lent its name to the restaurant. Peanuts are served to tide you over until the menu arrives. There's a choice of starters, which can be transformed into main courses for vegetarians, and meat dishes with a regional twist. A fish dish is also on the daily special. Although it was packed this Saturday lunchtime, the service was quick. Be warned, if you order a charcuterie board as an appetizer, you might not be hungry anymore. The quality of the food is excellent, and the portions are generous. We couldn't resist dessert. It was delicious, too. We left having had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. In the end, that's exactly what we were hoping for. Bravo!

It had been years since we'd been to this restaurant. Since learning about the new ownership, we'd been wanting to return and try it again. The new interior design perfectly complements the building. The service is quick, efficient, and attentive. For our meal: Flemish Carbonnade and homemade garlic steak. Good, traditional cuisine.

Excellent place! The food is always delicious and plentiful, made with high-quality ingredients. The entire team is remarkably kind, always smiling and attentive. The friendly, family atmosphere makes us want to come back every time, to the point that we're already becoming regulars! A sure bet that we recommend without hesitation.

What a lovely discovery this evening! The decor is modern, the manager is very pleasant, and the waitress was also very friendly. The food is excellent, homemade with quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this wonderful place.
