When you arrive, you are a bit unsure whether you have driven correctly and then... you walk down the stairs and everything will be fine! Great terrace with a fantastic view and the dishes are just as tasty as they are beautiful😍 And also a very nice lady in charge.

Bobo eco-chic restaurant.
Expensive 12 euros for roasted beets with a little goat cheese
The only thing that really excited us was the cocktail of gin and meadowsweet syrup with berries.

Very warm welcome, very good service, the chef prepares very good and original cuisine with local products
All for a reasonable price

This review is for Chef Frederick's cooking experience. We were a group of 8 with ages from 2 years old to 'grandparent' age. We were offered a homemade welcome cocktail, a review of the plan for the experience, and then we went to work. Chef Fred coordinated our tasks in the kitchen like a choreographer for a ballet. It was quite inspiring!
We put together 4 separate dishes, each with multiple components. The ingredients were fresh, and some of them were unfamiliar to us. One of our group is a vegetarian and she was not left out! Chef Fred happily answered our questions, explained techniques and joked with us.
At the end of our time, we devoured our labors, in a beautiful garden setting with the local wines.

A gem of a place (once you manage to find it!). The dishes were all subtly flavored and beautifully presented. The proprietor/chef was extremely helpful and attentive and clearly is a master of his craft. Thank you for a splendid meal!

Our family was visiting the area and we were welcomed into La Savie for a private cooking class and lunch. The chef and owner, Fred, was great at teaching our group and even included our little one in on the fun. He spoke fluent English which was very helpful to us since we speak little French. We drank wine and each felt busy in the kitchen but had time for learning and laughter. Afterward, we ate our lunch on La Savie's beautiful patio which was surrounded by flowers and a nice open space feel. If you aren't able to do the cooking class, I imagine that the normal restaurant experience is just as good. A memorable day on our trip France.
