13/09/2024: Our Girls' Trip ended tonight at Restaurant le Beau Site and we thought it was perfection. I miss the food already. We both ordered the veal filet mignon, which came with potato pavé, broccoli, exquisite dollops of sauces - and was superb, amazing, perfect. The chef started us with an amuse-bouche that was delicious - I think it was artichoke or celery or I can't remember but amazing. The views at this restaurant are picturesque - my friend could not stop admiring the views from our table. Neither could I. Prior to dessert, the chef, Daniel, gave us a raspberry tea that was also perfection. My friend had the chocolate and whiskey mousse dessert, and I had the house-made raspberry sorbet, which came with a leaf tweel. Perfect. The wait staff were friendly and impressively polyglot. I need to figure out when I can go back to this place SOON.
