While passing through the area, we tried this restaurant.
It offers refined traditional cuisine in a warm and authentic setting.
During the heatwave, it was very pleasant to find ourselves in a cool place.
The decor is truly delightful: you find yourself in a beautifully furnished and showcased vaulted cellar.
The food is generous, prepared with fresh ingredients.
The service is professional, welcoming, and efficient.
I can't think of any downsides.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to add a few lighter dishes to the menu for summer. Indeed, most of the offerings are rich and hearty dishes, perfect for winter, but with a somewhat more limited "summer" selection.
We recommend making a reservation for your meal.

A lover of Jura cheese, this is the best that the capital of Comté has to offer. A magnificent vaulted setting; from the Comté tart to the spring salad and the Jura fondue with Vin Jaune and morels, everything was delicious, generous, and perfect. I highly recommend it. *****

A restaurant I love to recommend to friends and family. The food is always excellent and the service is warm and welcoming. They serve Jura specialties at reasonable prices.
The restaurant is located in the basement, and the cellar is very pleasant in both summer and winter. The setting is really lovely.
