Passing through Poligny, we stopped at La Sergenterie where we had a very good meal. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection.
The service also deserves special mention: quick, efficient, and impeccable from start to finish, even though the restaurant was full.
A truly excellent place that we are happy to recommend.

Excellent place! The staff is very friendly.
Plus, there were two of us, we ordered different fondues, and it's the only place that offers that! Usually, you need at least two people for a fondue.
I had the Vin Jaune and morel fondue—it was amazing! And my partner had the Comté cheese fondue, which was excellent. Their aperitif was also excellent!

We went into this restaurant through a heavy rain shower. Fortunately, they still had a spot for us. What a charming restaurant with friendly service. We enjoyed the Menu Regional. Delicious dishes and large portions.
