Le Casta sur Poligny

We discovered this restaurant by chance and weren't disappointed. A very warm welcome. Good value for money. Excellent pizzas. Highly recommended.

We stopped there on our way home for our holiday, and we were so delighted that we went back on the return trip! Picturesque setting, top-notch welcome and service, quick, professional, generous menu and portions at unbeatable prices! A children's menu for under €10 (main course, drink, dessert) is very rare and of excellent quality! Go without hesitation!

Passing through the Jura region, we were pleasantly surprised by this small, welcoming restaurant with its unique decor. The food is delicious, both the pizzas and the regional dishes. I had the chicken with morels in a Vin Jaune sauce, and my partner had a calzone pizza, which we particularly enjoyed for their excellent flavors and generous portions. At the end of our meal, we had the pleasure of chatting with a very professional and kind waitress named Claire, as well as with the owner, Julien. They gave us a very warm welcome. Don't hesitate to eat at this restaurant; we highly recommend it! S&M

An evening in Poligny led us to discover "Le Casta." The staff is friendly and attentive. The entire atmosphere and decor of this restaurant revolves around the cow without being kitschy. The menu is original, featuring photos of different cattle breeds, each with its own dedicated pizza. The dishes are delicious and generous. The place is warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful evening and met other patrons with whom we shared many laughs. We also met the owner, who is a truly lovely and kind person. I highly recommend this establishment, and we will definitely return on our next trip.

I always order takeout, but every time I go into this restaurant, the atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming. As for the food, I think you'll find few restaurants like this one where the pizza has a thick but not heavy crust, generous toppings, and is cooked to perfection. I can't comment on other dishes as I haven't tried them (not yet 😋). The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

A quick stop here on the way to Trouhans. Very pleasant welcome, generous buckwheat galettes served with salad. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing like a disaster.

I've been coming to Casta for 19 years now. Back then, I'd ask for a small pizza from my kids' meal deal; now, I order a spritz, a nice glass of wine, and a large pizza. In 19 years, I've grown up, and Casta has only gotten better, like a fine wine. Rest assured that if you're passing through Poligny, a meal at Casta will warm your heart, just as it has warmed mine all these years. Believe me, I'm often told that back home in Lille, you're always well received. But at Casta, it's even better. Thank you for all these years, these diabolo drinks, these spritzes, these pizzas, and these chocolate fondants. See you soon!
