I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the owner very shortly after posting my review (below). He was genuinely sorry to hear about the problems I had with my order. He apologized repeatedly and was undoubtedly sincere. This is the first time I've ever been called after posting a review. And the icing on the cake, or rather the pizza, is that he's a charming man who took over the pizzeria two years ago and works tirelessly to satisfy all his customers. Reading previous reviews, it's clear he's managed to turn it into an excellent pizzeria in a very short time. I encourage former customers who were disappointed back then to order again; they'll see the huge difference. A big thank you, owner! This was my first delivery. Regarding the pizzas, which is the most important thing for me: I wasn't disappointed at all; I thoroughly enjoyed them. A minor disappointment: don't rely too much on the stated delivery time, as there's a 45-minute difference between the estimated and actual delivery time. However, living in the lower part of Ris-Orangis, this is relatively understandable. A major disappointment: the desserts were missing. I called to let them know and to find out what the plan was. Initially, the gentleman told me that they would be included with my next order... I interrupted him, raising my voice because if I order desserts, it's to eat them that same day, not with my next order... So, please check your order as soon as it arrives, as something tells me this is a recurring problem. The charming gentleman then explained that customers usually wait for their next delivery, which avoids numerous trips back and forth... Anyway, the delivery driver returned quite quickly and was very friendly with both deliveries. A truly enormous disappointment: I had ordered a lemon tart (my weakness) and a Daim bar tart. And I ended up with a pear tart (not a fan at all) instead of my favorite treat. I didn't call back because I'm not sure I would have stayed calm... I'm still left wanting more! Next time I order, I might skip the desserts.
