We've known Siesta by NC for a few years now and we're never disappointed. Great atmosphere, good food, a pleasant place both day and night, and the music season is about to start.

A great time at La Siesta! The location is lovely and the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for enjoying Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes all the difference 👍 As for the snacks, I think the flavors were a bit more pronounced a few years ago, but it's still a pleasant place to spend some time.

04/12/2025: A very pleasant surprise! The menu is short, but the dishes are so tempting that it's hard to choose... The restaurant is run by passionate people, and it shows in the service, the food, the flavor combinations, and the quality of the ingredients (all at very reasonable prices).
