I tend to agree with most of the reviews: the ice cream is good, even better than the competition. However, the customer experience is disappointing: the brand goes unnoticed, credit card payments are impossible, and the staff are quite cold. It's a shame because there's real potential!

The ice cream is very good. On vacation in Ronce-les-Bains, we enjoy delicious ice cream every day. The only downside is that credit cards aren't accepted.

Although they don't accept credit cards, the homemade ice cream here is a treat. It's very good and well-filled. It's currently the place where I've tasted the best ice cream (outside of restaurants). It would be nice if they accepted credit cards. Fast and efficient service.

I eat ice cream twice per year because in my world it always tastes the same. This was the best ice cream I've tried in a long long time! Each flavour tastes different and very true to it's origin. Just amazing 😍

Honestly, this was our go-to ice cream shop of the vacation, and I'm very surprised by the other reviews. After several visits, the ice creams are all delicious, and there's no doubt they're homemade. Compared to other nearby establishments, the service has been very friendly every time. Generosity isn't always equal, especially when some ask to try 10 flavors for a single scoop, or when some parents let their children literally lick the refrigerator windows. But the four of us were delighted every time, and whether it was the ice cream or the churros, we were never disappointed. Bless the employees who must keep smiling in the face of customers' cruel lack of politeness!

A huge drawback for a seaside ice cream shop: no credit card. I only tried the ice creams, which are frankly good, and there's a wide selection (including some unlikely things like the "unicorn" flavor 🦄).
