23/04/2026: The gourmet restaurant Le Saison, helmed by Ronan Kervarrec, is located in Saint-Grégoire, just ten minutes north of Rennes. We opted for the five-course tasting menu, a true delight. We appreciated the refined cuisine of this talented and passionate chef of Breton origin, who knows how to showcase the finest Breton produce. We savored each exquisite dish, a true pleasure for both our eyes and our palates. The dishes were exquisitely presented, with perfectly balanced flavors and masterful sauces. The service was friendly and pleasant. We had a wonderful time in a warm, welcoming, and intimate setting. A lovely terrace in the garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days. Two Michelin stars are well-deserved, and this is an address not to be missed.
