I came in to ask about the pizza oven. The pizza maker (who was very friendly, by the way) was cooking a magnificent ribeye steak with homemade potatoes. What can I say? Thank you so much, Mr. Alain, for the warm welcome. You weren't obligated to, but it was truly kind of you. I ordered a half cheese/half anchovy pizza, cooked perfectly in 1 minute 20 seconds. I just finished, and it was excellent! Thanks again, a truly pleasant encounter. Don't change a thing! 👍👍👍
