Nice restaurant in a quiet location. Nice, fast and attentive service. The dishes are excellent with very original and tasty combinations (especially dessert with chocolate and dill).

Excellent location. Outside only. Very French, under plane tree & parasols. Service excellent. Food delicious, well presented, slightly unusual & perfect for a very hot day. Menu slightly limited & maybe not ideal for children.

Simply delicious! I wasn't able to take a photo but everything was perfect and excellent value for money. Salmon tartare with rosé jelly and pieces of grapefruit, crunchy vegetable salad seasoned just right The desserts are clearly worth the detour, copious and with a little touch that goes well: spicy red pepper compote to accompany the brownie or coconut-curry mousse to go with the roasted yellow fruits and four quarters A special mention for the children's menu at €10 which offers fish or steak with homemade fries and à la carte dessert but in a children's portion Flawless ❤️❤️❤️

The restaurant is located in a small, quiet square not far from the Vieux-Port. The food is great - a creative, modern interpretation of French cuisine. The service is also great - very friendly and attentive. All in all, highly recommended and definitely worth a visit🍷🍷

Situé sur un jolie place un peu à l’écart du brouhaha, nous avons apprécié le menu de jour qui était simple mais délicieux. Entrée/plat pour 20 euros c’est tout à fait raisonnable. Accueil sympathique et service rapide. Bravo à l’équipe

09/09/2024: At the Bistrot du Port, you are warmly welcomed, with a decoration that makes you nostalgic as it reminds us of the time of our grandparents. The cuisine is not left out, with traditional dishes, For my part, it was a mimosa egg, then veal kidneys flambéed in cognac. I had a blast!!! If you pass through the old port of La Rochelle, don't hesitate to stop at this beautiful place that is Le Bistrot du Port

27/08/2024: The adult and children's dishes were unanimous. Very tasty with good products. we would have liked to have more on the plate but the 5 stars are deserved.
