I stayed at this accommodation as part of my motorcycle tour. On the positive side, the room was very large and equipped with everything you need, making it suitable for longer stays. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant offers an interesting menu, but it's also quite expensive. A major drawback was the lack of a wine list, and they didn't offer a house wine, which is quite common in France, and was very disappointing. While a visit to the wine cellar is certainly interesting, I found the €23 price tag for a 0.375L bottle of wine too expensive. The lack of transparency was a real shame. Another downside was that the Wi-Fi didn't work.

We stopped here during a motorcycle ride. The location was perfect, parking was easy, and the two springs were just a short walk away—so far, so good. Now, as for the meal, like pretty much everywhere, we barely started our aperitifs before the main courses arrived, which was a bit of a letdown 😞. The dishes were far too meager; I'm still looking for the vegetables under the piece of white meat, and my wife's salad was the same—there wasn't much on the plate. Desserts cost 9 euros for a few small pieces of fruit—very economical. In short, for a bill of 75 euros, it wasn't a great find, and we won't be stopping here again.

We needed to unwind, so we went to Val de Cusance on Thursday, September 10, 2026. After parking, we went to look at the menus at the Auberge de la Source Bleue. It was 11:30 a.m., and not yet lunchtime. However, someone seated us at a table and offered us an aperitif. We were treated like royalty… The beautifully presented dishes were generous, and the service was impeccable. We will definitely return, and probably for two days.

A wonderful discovery at La Source Bleue in Cusance! The restaurant is beautiful, with a modern, elegant, and welcoming decor that immediately puts you at ease. The menu is excellent, offering great value for money: €35 for a starter, main course, and dessert—it's hard to beat for this quality. A big thank you to the new owners, who are so pleasant, down-to-earth, and approachable. It's truly a pleasure to meet such genuine people in this type of establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by this calm, serene, and refined setting, where every detail seems to have been carefully considered. The staff is remarkable: incredibly kind, attentive, available, and truly dedicated to their guests. And what can we say about the cuisine? Exquisitely refined dishes, perfectly executed, that could be described as true French haute cuisine. Elegant, generous, and bursting with flavor. Special mention must also go to the open wine cellar, where you can take your time choosing your own wine. A superb selection of bottles and truly exceptional wines, with options for all tastes and budgets. An experience that adds even more to the charm and pleasure of the place. This address is now firmly etched in our memories, and we will return with great pleasure. A truly wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend! We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The waiter and manager were very pleasant, welcoming, and warm. The dishes were truly excellent, homemade, and made with quality ingredients. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
