Good restaurant, but the value for money isn't right. Paying Michelin-starred prices for a meal is really a luxury.

A very nice hotel with excellent, friendly, and professional staff. We had a pleasant stay. The exterior decor is magnificent, and the room was also very nice. A minor drawback for a hotel of this standard... the service in the evening restaurant was a bit slow. There was a group of guests who were too noisy for us... we would have appreciated a little more privacy. The relaxation area is also very good, but the hammam (45) and the indoor pool (when people are getting out) are noisy. We recommend this hotel.

A magnificent experience. Everything was perfect and you immediately notice the attention to detail; warm and professional service, well-designed and maintained facilities, a restaurant combining technical skill and good products, not to mention the superb wine list (very well recommended).

We dined at La Source des Sens restaurant with friends, and we can't say we didn't have a good time. The setting and ambiance were hushed, the armchairs comfortable, the table beautifully set (except for the water glass with lipstick residue), the service attentive despite a long wait, and the dishes beautifully presented. The food was high quality, and the wine list was extensive, with an impressive selection. However, we were served a Saint-Joseph that was practically "on the rocks," it was so cold. I mentioned this to the manager, who was condescending, telling me it was at cellar temperature. I found this very impolite, and I was made to feel like an idiot. I don't go to a restaurant to be treated like a fool. I like my red wine at room temperature; perhaps it's a matter of taste rather than cellar temperature. Perhaps next time I'll be treated with a little more respect? If there is a next time.
