Beaucoup d'avis négatifs sur le site mais aujourd'hui c'était un festival gustatif.
Entrée réussie, les crevettes blanches sublimées par des agrumes, une bisque au calamensi, des pointes de verveines, équilibre parfait. Un régal !
La suggestion du chef : entrecote argentine avec une sauce béarnaise digne des plus grands chefs.

We were really expecting a really nice dinner at La Source. The inside of the restaurant has a really cool vibe but they were only seating people outside even though it was a little cool and quite windy. The wine list is massive.
Our food, a beef filet and cordon blue, were both very good. What was not good was the service. It was hard to find our server much of the evening and the food took a really really long time to actually come out. We must have been there like 3 hours.
