La Storia sur Grenoble

I wanted to reserve a table for that same evening, as this pizzeria had been highly recommended to us. So I called, but I received a very cold response: "That's not how things work here." I think it would have been much better to respond more courteously, for example, by saying, "Sorry, please allow extra time." Even if the pizzeria is very good, there are ways to treat customers. I won't be going back.

Delicious pizza, but not very filling. It could use a bit more topping. Service was a little slow.

We don't return out of habit. We return out of necessity. I thought I'd said it all last time. But some places compel you to come back and say it again, in a different way. That day, the light on the quays was soft. The terrace hummed with that background noise that belongs only to happy restaurants. And Hervé and Ramana were there, as always, as if time had no hold on them, or rather, as if they had learned to transform it into something good. There are people whose mere presence in a room is enough to whet your appetite. They are among them. Toscana doesn't change. And that's precisely why we return.

Excellent pizzas and desserts. Very friendly owner and staff. Unfortunately, the wait for the second seating was too long, and the atmosphere was far too noisy for a dinner for two.

A little gem on the banks of the Isère River. Superb meal, fantastic atmosphere. We all had delicious pasta, but the smell and appearance of the pizzas almost made us regret it. We'll be back for a meal, which ended with a superb dessert. The tiramisu can be shared if you're feeling peckish. Update 29/03/2026: Still excellent and friendly

A beautiful Italian dining experience, just as you'd expect from an osteria. The kitchen exudes passion for Italian ingredients and recipes, truly showcasing the dishes, which, when prepared by non-Italians, are a pleasant surprise. Like a true osteria, the host provides exceptional service! We'll be back every week.

Excellent pizza and great value for money compared to other competing pizzerias. Plenty of choice, high quality, and attentive service. Thank you! We'll be back.

The welcome was very warm, and the food was quite good. The only downside was the noise. Some adjustments to dampen the voices of noisy groups would be a welcome improvement.
