Before hitting the road again, we felt a bit peckish. This rustic roadside chalet appeared as if by providence. The waiter was incredibly friendly, and we agreed that even if it wasn't amazing, his kindness made the little break worthwhile. The tarte flambée was excellent, and he even kindly cooked my wife's portion perfectly—pregnancy being what it is.
To top it all off, the bill was more than reasonable... a tip was in order.

A wonderful discovery! This magnificent, beautifully decorated chalet is a place where you can't help but feel happy. The food is excellent—plenty of flavor, quality, and presentation. Everything is perfect. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

A fantastic evening at La Stub! Fast service, friendly staff, and a superb meal. We had tarte flambée as an aperitif, which was exquisite, followed by a variety of other dishes – absolutely perfect!!

A restaurant just the way I like it, where you feel right at home... super friendly staff and owners, and simply delicious, authentic local dishes.
Not to mention the perfectly cooked meats.
For those who haven't been, I highly recommend making the trip.

For me, La Stub is a bit like being at home! I love the setting, I love the atmosphere, I love its simple, efficient, and unpretentious feel! I've never been disappointed, whether it's with the tarte flambée (one of the best in the valley). Plus, they make apple tarte flambée! I think I've already tried everything on the menu, including the daily specials! And I find that the prices are perfectly in line with the quality, and everything I've tasted has been delicious!
The servers are lovely and give their all, and the owner is always kind and smiling! A 5-star restaurant without hesitation.

We come to this restaurant regularly. We love the warm atmosphere and the consistently delicious food. The servers are incredibly friendly with our children, the tarte flambée arrives quickly, and we can share it. There are slices of cheese on every piece of tarte flambée, which isn't always the case elsewhere. The burger is very good, as are the sautéed potatoes with salmon, which is served in a very generous portion. The ice cream sundaes are also quite large.
