Excellent food with a wide variety of choices. Don't hesitate to mention any dietary restrictions; the servers were very understanding in my case! Service was quite fast, communication with the servers was very good, and there was a pleasant atmosphere. You can choose to sit inside or on the terrace. The restrooms were clean enough.

Passing through Fécamp, we had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The mussels and fries were excellent, made even better by the friendly service and smiles. The service was impeccable; they took the time to chat with the customers.

Excellent restaurant, staff and owner are very attentive to customers. The food is incredibly fresh and superbly prepared. Excellent atmosphere and a very warm welcome. Great value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Busy, but friendly staff. We were well received. It was busy, but everything ran smoothly. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait, but everything was followed up well. The mussels were a bit small, but they tasted good.

Passing through Fécamp, we went to eat at the Les Falaises restaurant. A wonderful discovery... absolutely fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the chef's specialty: the seafood casserole... a real treat. The mussels were also excellent. The fries were very good and homemade (we're from the north... fries are sacred, lol). The service was very, very good, with special attention paid to our German Shepherd. We also appreciated the blanket... a place we highly recommend, but remember to book ahead.

11/09/2026: Magnificent, beautiful place! We were eating there almost everyday on our stay. Customer service is super kind and helpful. Everyone speak English:) In place like this food is also très bien. Everybody will find something delicious. I strongly recommend omelettes, onion soup and gnochi:)

23/08/2026: Comptoir JOA de Fécamp is a great option for a tasty meal, located on the second floor above the casino. The restaurant is large and has a lovely setting, with panoramic views over the sea and harbour.[joa] The food was genuinely delicious and definitely the highlight of our visit. Service was a little slow, probably because of the restaurant’s size and how busy it was, so don’t come if you’re in a rush. Still, it’s a very enjoyable place for dinner in Fécamp — just sit back, enjoy the view, and be patient: the food is worth the wait

Special mention to the waitresses, who were lovely, smiling, and very attentive, especially the one who greeted and seated us. We also really appreciated the little touch for my partner's birthday: they brought his dessert with candles, a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. ❤️ The setting is also beautiful and contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. A fantastic discovery, with top-notch service, great cocktails, excellent food, and a team that goes the extra mile. We will definitely be back! ✨
