We are delighted to have used Bertacchi for our wedding. The reception as well as the dinner, from starter to dessert, were excellent. The guests particularly praised the appetizers and the wine of honor workshops, notably the foie gras. The service was also of high quality. The servers agreed to play with the weather by setting up the reception tables inside initially because of the rain, then outside when the weather improved. Each guest was able to benefit from a menu adapted to their dietary constraints. Finally, we thank Elodie for her support for successful preparation. Certainly, the catering service represents a big budget but we do not regret our choice. Thank you so much !

I organized a birthday party with them in the Bertacchi salons. Everything was perfect from start to finish, from making contact to the end of the service. Élodie, the sales representative, is very professional, very friendly and very efficient. She bends over backwards to ensure that the service offered meets the customer's expectations. The service team led by Head waiter Yannick is formidable. Completely discreet, the service provided is precise. All the guests spoke of their know-how, the quality and appreciable taste of the dishes served as well as the impeccable service. I thank them once again and do not hesitate to trust them.

We chose this caterer for our wedding. Very good organization to prepare our wedding (choice of menus, tasting, information for the D-Day) The staff is very serious and attentive to requests. On the day of our wedding, our guests and ourselves were satisfied with the service and the quality of the appetizers and the meal. Thanks to Elodie for accompanying us throughout the preparations, thanks also to the rest of the staff.

We asked "Les Réceptions Bertacchi" to celebrate our wedding anniversary (20 years) and we are very satisfied with their service, both in terms of the quality of the menu for dinner, as well as the brunch the next day, and the service really. Perfect !. We will not fail to contact Bertacchi receptions again for future family or professional events. One of the best addresses for your events!

Following our wedding, I wanted to post a comment to inform the public. First of all, you dream of your wedding, you prepare for months or even years. In my opinion, however, it is essential to be aware that for your service providers you are just customers and nothing more... My husband and I chose to take an all-inclusive package at this establishment. That means they take care of everything. Alas, it was probably too good to be true. Yet we had a contract which indicates... Surprise, nothing is ready. The bride who was originally only supposed to validate and place her personalized gifts on the tables ultimately finds herself working until midnight. Wrinkled tablecloths and not enough tablecloths for all the tables. The icing on the cake, pork was served to us during the reception. Yet we chose and warned that we do not want pork. The positive points and in my opinion choose them as a caterer. Apart from the pork which was probably served because of the sales staff which unfortunately had some organizational problems, the meals were just delicious. Bravo to the chef, who is also super friendly. The quality was really there, fresh and melting products. If I had to do it again, I would choose a delivery and take care of the rest. It’s very complicated to find quality professionals in this day and age. It's a shame you don't work in the office but are there to make the customers' happiest day so please be careful in the same way you demand payment. It is absolutely not normal to demand full payment for a service and then not be demanding of yourself in return.

We made a very good choice by choosing Bertacchi as caterer for our wedding! From the tasting to the choice of dishes on the day: everything was perfect! The guests enjoyed the reception at the dessert buffet. In addition: adaptation of dishes according to allergies/pregnancy/vegetarians. The D-Day team was at the top, the instructions had been well transmitted and respected and the service was simply impeccable! All very professional and incredibly kind! We organized our son's wedding at the Bertacchi salons for the weekend, hot meal on Saturday evening, cold buffet on Sunday lunchtime. Excellent meal, compliments to the chef. I highly recommend Bertacchi salons for a successful wedding. Edit: 2 years later, I recommended Bertacchi, and once again, I was pleasantly served. Their services and dishes are always as good or even better.
