And above all, we have chosen a menu of incredible quality and presentation worthy of gastronomy. Our guests were overwhelmed by the quality of this menu and we were also very delighted with it. An unforgettable experience with Bertacchi! We got married on June 1st at the Domaine de Vaugency, and after studying several caterer proposals, our choice very quickly fell on Bertacchi. Their exceptional professionalism and their very high quality services immediately convinced us, and we were not disappointed! Bertacchi was able to combine creativity, adaptability and talent to meet our specific request: dishes combining European and Asian culture. Each dish perfectly reflected this harmony of flavors. Special mention for the Ramen, a real success, accompanied by carefully chosen dishes which added a touch of elegance. The value for money was excellent, but even more, we appreciated the trust we were able to place in the entire team. A huge thank you to Élodie, who accompanied us throughout the preparation with remarkable kindness, friendliness and professionalism. She was able to guide us calmly, making the organization of this day even more pleasant. We highly recommend Bertacchi for any event! They helped make our wedding unforgettable.

We are delighted to have used Bertacchi for our wedding. The reception as well as the dinner, from starter to dessert, were excellent. The guests particularly praised the appetizers and the wine of honor workshops, notably the foie gras. The service was also of high quality. The servers agreed to play with the weather by setting up the reception tables inside initially because of the rain, then outside when the weather improved. Each guest was able to benefit from a menu adapted to their dietary constraints. Finally, we thank Elodie for her support for successful preparation. Certainly, the catering service represents a big budget but we do not regret our choice. Thank you so much !

I organized a birthday party with them in the Bertacchi salons. Everything was perfect from start to finish, from making contact to the end of the service. Élodie, the sales representative, is very professional, very friendly and very efficient. She bends over backwards to ensure that the service offered meets the customer's expectations. The service team led by Head waiter Yannick is formidable. Completely discreet, the service provided is precise. All the guests spoke of their know-how, the quality and appreciable taste of the dishes served as well as the impeccable service. I thank them once again and do not hesitate to trust them.
