Having a serious restaurant attached to a "business"/transient hotel does happen from time to time, especially in France. It is a bonus to both establishments and certainly its patrons. In a country and region with so much superb farm and seafood produce, and high culinary standards, it is an added bonus. This is a substantial restaurant with a hard working chef and crew. DIning here was a mostly enjoyable experience. In some subtle ways, however, I think the wait staff needs to be reminded to be more respectful, discerning and welcoming to their clientele.
