La Table d'Auzeville sur Auzeville-Tolosane

Excellent dinner – the portions are generous (unlike some neighboring establishments that offer quality but not quantity) and the dishes, mostly inspired by traditional cuisine, are delicious. I also recently had lunch at La Table d'Auzeville and the value for money is unbeatable.

A very good restaurant. The cuisine is refined and flavorful, with high-quality dressing. However, the acoustics are poorly designed, and the dining room is very noisy even when people are speaking normally. Something needs to be done about this, as it somewhat detracts from the overall enjoyment.

Very disappointing. A grumpy, unfriendly welcome, a dining room at least 28°C despite our being assured by phone when we booked that it would be cool and air-conditioned – a crucial factor for someone with health issues. I stayed so as not to inconvenience my family, but I couldn't even have dinner because the heat was unbearable, even for the young people. Floor fans in several places would be welcome to at least circulate the air a bit, in addition to your woefully inadequate air conditioning. To sum up the dinner: lukewarm melon soup, completely uninteresting without the promised ham; mediocre tomato served with romaine lettuce, more in a cafeteria style than fine dining; good quality chicken, but the sauce was very greasy and lacked finesse; the Paris-Brest was swimming in crème anglaise... the cuisine and presentation were, I would describe, "old-fashioned." The waiters should get hearing aids because none of them understand what's being asked or ordered, and they accuse you of "talking too much" if they don't understand, without any courtesy whatsoever, even though we remained very polite to maintain a good atmosphere since we were there to celebrate a wedding anniversary. And what about the decor... a checkered tablecloth in the style of a butcher shop with dried flowers or baskets of fake flowers in a cemetery style. As I said, we were very disappointed, and the €240 we paid for four people was completely unjustified. It was a very bad evening... a real disappointment. I'm giving it 3 stars because I feel sorry for the chef.

The food was excellent, but the service marred the restaurant. What a shame for a wedding anniversary celebration! To put it simply: the first waiter only half-heard what we said, then became downright rude when we corrected him. Twice. He even dared to tell my mother, "Since you're just talking, I didn't understand what you wanted." I can attest that everything was perfectly clear. Apparently, even for a few seconds, you can't deviate from the expected script without getting a sharp rebuke. It's almost unbelievable when I think about it. The second waiter even blurted out "Damn it!" to a simple request when we ordered dessert. It was certainly surprising. We came to enjoy a lovely evening, which was punctuated by disconcerting behavior, sometimes bordering on disrespect. This was entirely avoidable. Despite the excellent food, we left feeling frustrated.

Excellent! I've been going to this restaurant for a while now, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by the chef's creativity and the precision of the cooking, especially the fish yesterday. The set menu featured Spanish mussels au gratin served on a bed of baby spinach leaves, followed by perfectly cooked fish with both cooked and raw vegetables—a delight! For dessert, the chef's suggestion was changed at my request to a simple fruit salad in a subtly flavored syrup. The service was very pleasant, quick, and efficient; the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to meet my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you to the chef and his entire team.

The food is excellent and refined! I recommend booking for Sunday lunch to enjoy a wonderfully relaxed, family atmosphere!
