The food was excellent, but the service marred the restaurant. What a shame for a wedding anniversary celebration! To put it simply: the first waiter only half-heard what we said, then became downright rude when we corrected him. Twice. He even dared to tell my mother, "Since you're just talking, I didn't understand what you wanted." I can attest that everything was perfectly clear. Apparently, even for a few seconds, you can't deviate from the expected script without getting a sharp rebuke. It's almost unbelievable when I think about it. The second waiter even blurted out "Damn it!" to a simple request when we ordered dessert. It was certainly surprising. We came to enjoy a lovely evening, which was punctuated by disconcerting behavior, sometimes bordering on disrespect. This was entirely avoidable. Despite the excellent food, we left feeling frustrated.

Excellent! I've been going to this restaurant for a while now, and I'm always pleasantly surprised by the chef's creativity and the precision of the cooking, especially the fish yesterday. The set menu featured Spanish mussels au gratin served on a bed of baby spinach leaves, followed by perfectly cooked fish with both cooked and raw vegetables—a delight! For dessert, the chef's suggestion was changed at my request to a simple fruit salad in a subtly flavored syrup. The service was very pleasant, quick, and efficient; the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to meet my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you to the chef and his entire team.

Having been regulars at this restaurant for about fifteen years now, we hired Chef Fabrice for our wedding reception, which we ordered as a takeaway. The dishes were absolutely exceptional: the appetizers were exquisitely refined, the meats were cooked and seasoned to perfection, the new potatoes were simply divine, not to mention the Chef's signature mashed potatoes: a must-try at La Table d'Auzeville. We had never tasted better. Our guests were blown away by such exquisite taste and skill. A good restaurant, however, for me, the Baked Alaska dessert was a disappointment! It lacked flavor, had a crystallized center, and was therefore quite uninteresting, especially for a restaurant with such high culinary ambitions. A shame. The service was extremely slow...
