A fantastic discovery! The cuisine is based on fresh, organic produce, and as for the meat... oh my... it was divine! Served that day with sautéed potatoes, salad, and vegetable purée, it was absolutely delicious. The Basque cake was incredibly moist! And for those on a tighter budget, there's the daily special for €15, which my friend thoroughly enjoyed. To top it all off, the setting is lovely, and the service is quick and very friendly! One more little detail: the restaurant also offers a vegetarian option... so there's something for everyone.
