As a restaurateur, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from start to finish! Finally, a restaurant that works with real ingredients with passion and precision. The chicken with morels was simply exceptional, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was incredible. And what a pleasure to find truly high-quality foie gras, generous and full of flavor. This is a place that deserves to be known; congratulations to the chef and the entire team!
