This restaurant serves only delicious food! While on holiday in St. Maximin, we were recommended this place and we weren't disappointed at all. The service was quick, and the waitress was extremely friendly and answered all our questions perfectly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

As a restaurateur, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from start to finish! Finally, a restaurant that works with real ingredients with passion and precision.
The chicken with morels was simply exceptional, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was incredible. And what a pleasure to find truly high-quality foie gras, generous and full of flavor.
This is a place that deserves to be known; congratulations to the chef and the entire team!
