A very fine restaurant. The market menu offers excellent value for money. Beautiful, well-executed seasonal cuisine. A bistronomic gem not to be missed.

Family meal. Pleasant welcome, good service, and it wasn't too busy, so it was quick.
Good food, neither too salty nor too sweet, reasonable portions.
The only thing I could improve is the menu selection, which could be more extensive (but it was a weekday).
This is our second time there, and we'll gladly go back.

Excellent restaurant with great value for money. Expect to pay €90 per person for the surprise menu with cocktail and wine. A no-frills restaurant where the food is the star and the atmosphere is relaxed :)

An excellent restaurant in Saint-Émilion.
The cuisine is refined, the dishes beautifully presented, and they offer some truly unique options.
The service is excellent, with very friendly, approachable staff who are open to conversation.
A highly recommended restaurant.

A charming little restaurant with a pleasant ambiance. The appetizers are highly recommended—beautiful and delicious. The main courses, however, need improvement. The use of sous-vide cooking affected the texture of the meat, especially the suckling pig. The lamb was similarly bland, feeling like boiled meat with a few seasonings. The desserts were average.

We had a wonderful time at Catusseau. From the restaurant's understated decor and the warm welcome from the staff, to the chef's inspired menu and the quality of service, everything was perfect. The dishes were refined and beautifully presented. A restaurant to discover without hesitation.

What a wonderful time we had at this restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish.
I was particularly impressed by the exquisite presentation of the dishes, especially the perfectly seared scallops served with a delicate foam. The cheese selection, accompanied by a touch of quince paste, was also a delight.
The setting is very pleasant, and the cuisine demonstrates true expertise. A must-visit for gourmets in Pomerol. We will return with great pleasure.
