We had a wonderful time at Catusseau. From the restaurant's understated decor and the warm welcome from the staff, to the chef's inspired menu and the quality of service, everything was perfect. The dishes were refined and beautifully presented. A restaurant to discover without hesitation.

What a wonderful time we had at this restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish.
I was particularly impressed by the exquisite presentation of the dishes, especially the perfectly seared scallops served with a delicate foam. The cheese selection, accompanied by a touch of quince paste, was also a delight.
The setting is very pleasant, and the cuisine demonstrates true expertise. A must-visit for gourmets in Pomerol. We will return with great pleasure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, but especially the thoughtful touches from the waiter (refilling our glasses, bringing us eggplant confit as an aperitif, an amuse-bouche before the starter, and a little something extra with dessert). It was truly excellent; we were delighted and will definitely return. Outstanding!
