Two set menus are offered. We each had two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. The food was very, very good and very creative, and the wine selection left nothing to be desired, at least for us. I can wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant, but I wouldn't risk going without a reservation. The service was very attentive and friendly. The only minor drawback is that, due to the size of the restaurant, everything is a bit cramped, but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment.

I've known about this restaurant for a very long time without ever having been. I finally went, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The cuisine is high-quality, worthy of a fine dining establishment, in a very pretty setting. It's as if time has stood still in Chapaize. If you want to have a good time and enjoy a delicious meal, I highly recommend it. And the staff is fantastic!

Everything is top-notch: the food, the service, the setting. The cuisine is original and incredibly flavorful. The dishes are on par with fine dining. There's also a good wine selection. My only minor complaint (and I'm nitpicking) is the small bistro chairs (only a few) on the terrace and the paper placemats, which don't seem to live up to the overall quality of the experience.
