I had the chance to enjoy an incredible time at the Gaya farm through a PNR conference. Obviously this establishment is part of the Parc value and well deserves it. Small restaurant located in a village in the middle of the fields, run by farmers who highlight their products and those of the region: vegetables, meats. Everything is good and well cooked, the menu changes regularly. The service is welcoming and attentive...! Be careful, restaurant difficult to find at night, in a barely lit village..😊

So I will admit to you that I had already had very good feedback but then what a nice surprise!! We were very pleasantly surprised by the flavor of each dish and the story they tell as well as this taste of coming back... Everything is precisely measured in a small cocoon in the middle of nature. I honestly think this is my favorite restaurant. We had glitter in our eyes with every bite and only one word came out: "My god it's good!" We are real gourmands, we must admit, but what a pleasure to savor real cuisine from start to finish accompanied by a local wine!! Congratulations to everything you have undertaken because you have done it with taste and we will not fail to come back with family to show off your table. A very beautiful restaurant with beautiful people, sustainable cuisine, most of the products come from their farm and the rest is local. The flavor of the dishes is exceptional and allows us to rediscover vegetables in another way. The presentation is also there with beautiful crafted plates.
