I am absolutely delighted with tonight's dinner at La Table de Gaya. The cuisine is exquisitely subtle, original, and creative, using fresh, healthy, local ingredients; the dishes are beautifully presented, a feast for the eyes before you even taste them. There's no wait, and the atmosphere is serene. Frankly, my husband and I loved it and recommend it wholeheartedly.

We had lunch there in March. Everything was perfect! Delicious food made with fresh garden produce, prepared with great creativity. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The approach of the owners, producers, and restaurateurs truly deserves recognition and support. We can't wait to return when the weather is warmer to try the garden grills.
