La Table de Louise sur Lugos

Great hostel! In an old house, the team at L’auberge de Lugos received us warmly. The cuisine is excellent, and the good value for money hotel allowed us to prolong the pleasure in a peaceful and timeless place.

We were very well received (including by Sweety the cat). Note that the service is impeccable. Indeed some rooms are from another age. We came knowingly and were fully informed when booking. This remains very good value for money. I would like to point out that the bedding is excellent and that everything is rigorously maintained. To get some fresh air, or to eat There is a magnificent outdoor terrace under three century-old plane trees which alone could tell the story of the past of this place. The table is refined and prepared with local products, all in a warm and calm room. This place is calming and unique. I highly recommend.

On aurait put passer une belle soirée si la serveuse était un peu plus discrète et ne gueule pas de dehors a sa collègue qui est dedans 3 cafés etc etc bref serveuse brut de décoffrage berckkk et pas tolérante je suis déçue et ne viendrait plus

An exceptional place on the border of the Landes of Gascony! A terrace under the plane trees in the pine forests, the menu seems quite sober but the dishes are really very elaborate and copious! I highly recommend this place!

On the occasion of a family gathering, a superb moment in this beautiful, calm and shady place; thank you to the boss and the staff for giving us the time to taste all these dishes prepared with finesse and to fully enjoy the moment; By also offering us a formula adapted to this event at a very good quality/price ratio! So perfect and good that we forgot to take photos of the dishes! Copious plates of traditional products and the best lunch under the plane trees which protected us from the strong heat. Thank you everyone. Congratulations.

Elegí este albergue como primera parada en mi viaje desde España hasta Países Bajos. Es cierto que las habitaciones son modestas, pero funcionales y limpias. La cama muy cómoda. Excelente relación calidad precio. La terraza para poder desayunar, comer o cenar es muy agradable. El desayuno estupendo y la carta para comer muy buena. El acceso es sencillo y tiene una amplia zona de aparcamiento. Y el trato impecable! Esta fue mi primera parada en un viaje desde España hacia Países Bajos. Estuve tan a gusto que reservé para mi vuelta y tomaron nota. Dos días después recibí un mensaje en el que me decían que habían tenido un error y no había habitación disponible para mi vuelta, pero me habían buscado otra cercana y que, al haber sido error suyo, ¡ellos cubrían el coste! La habitación, además, era fabulosa. Un gran gesto por parte de Vincent. Desde luego L'Auberge de Lugos es un sitio que recomiendo 100%.
