Very nice place, very pleasant staff, big downside on the quality of the dinner and breakfast, which for me remains very expensive because the products are not processed, it is not a semi-gastronomic restaurant, something that we could enjoy 'wait given the prices charged.
The morning coffee tasted like it was reheated, which is a shame.

A little digression for 2, what a magnificent timeless place. We spent a very pleasant evening there. The room was magnificent. The welcome is great, the dinner divine and the breakfast... gargantuan!! We also took advantage of the private spa for the two of us.

An unforgettable experience with the strong point that must be highlighted, the staff.
Passionate people, a true cognac expert who sells travel and dreams with good advice, attentive and attentive service.
I recommend the suites which are another strong point of the establishment.

The hotel could be magnificent if some work and maintenance of the exterior.
Room a little dated, especially the bathroom (bathtub with old damaged seal, noisy heating but replaced by an auxiliary radiator)
Despite everything, the hotel has a certain charm and an exceptional view.
We were able to enjoy the spa and sauna
Breakfast is 21 euros, a little excessive but for us included in a weekendesk offer so it was OK.
A very interesting visit with explanations of the Cognatheque.
The staff are charming

Repas du soir long et surtout froid il y avait que 18 personnes par contre petit déjeuner copieux produit excellent et bon dommage que le dîner du soir était vraiment pas à la hauteur
