A wonderful and unexpected discovery in Banon on this rainy January day. A small menu, but innovative and perfectly executed dishes. Good value for money. The dining room is small but welcoming. Efficient and very friendly service. A special mention for the "CRAB RAVIOLI IN SQUID INK; CREAMY SAUCE WITH GREY PRAWNS" – a real success! And Renshi loved it too, which proves it's very good 🐕

Banon, this small village, can be proud to have a restaurant of such high quality.
Panturle's restaurant is, without exaggeration, worthy of a Michelin star.
We have had the pleasure of dining there for several years now, and every time we come to Banon, we always make a reservation. It's a true delight to discover the dishes, which are always different and surprising.
The menu changes every month: refined, precise, and flavorful cuisine that surprises with each visit. It's a real gastronomic pleasure from beginning to end. Even the wine selection is carefully chosen and perfectly paired with the dishes.
This exceptional work, carried out by a dynamic, passionate, and talented young couple, deserves high praise.
For us, it is undoubtedly the best restaurant in the region.

A wonderful find in Banon this January, when so many places are closed in the area, including weekends.
A lovely, homemade, seasonal menu—short yet satisfying—that changes monthly.
The chef goes out of his way to serve us and provide a truly enjoyable dining experience; kudos to him! We came to visit the nativity scene and absolutely loved our lunch at your restaurant! The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the food, the ingredients, and the generous portions offered for the three-course meal.
My partner had a lovely selection of local goat cheeses, as he didn't want anything sweet to finish. It was impossible to complain about still being hungry after that! Don't change a thing; we'll be back.

What more can I say than wonderful? A top-notch Valentine's Day menu worthy of a Michelin star. Antoine and his sweetheart take excellent care of their guests. We enjoyed every bite, from the amuse-bouche to the superb dessert.

A wonderful culinary surprise awaited us in Banon. The menu was very flexibly adapted to vegetarian needs, and the second appetizer, which we then chose as our main course, was served in a portion appropriate for a main course – very thoughtful. Everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended. We'll gladly return.
