Sandrine is a wonderful host and prepares exquisite dishes. The mini burger starter was fantastic, followed by white pudding with mashed potatoes and mustard sauce, or the superb baby scallops. Oh my goodness, I'm not happy at all! I'm absolutely thrilled to have discovered Pierre Bourré's restaurant and especially Sandrine's wonderful cooking! We truly enjoyed ourselves! We were welcomed like family by Sandrine and the food was so delicious 😋 Sandrine does everything herself, and believe me, she's incredibly busy, yet she treats every customer equally, which is so lovely! Sandrine, my mother (who uses a wheelchair), and I thank you so much for your warm welcome, your kindness, and your delicious food! We will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Sandrine is a marvel in the kitchen and in the dining room, always with a witty remark and a great sense of humor. Burgundy welcomes you with its succulent dishes, and let's not forget the excellent wines. It's always a pleasure to return.

The three course meal at La Table de Pierre Bouree was a delight. Each course felt like a modern take on traditional flavors. And, every course paired perfectly with the excellent bottle of Pierre Bourée Fils Gevrey-Chambertin Clos de la Justice wine ordered! A visit from the owner/winemaker at the end of the meal was a special treat!

What a joy to return to La Table de Pierre and see Sandrine again, the chef who welcomes us as if we were returning family, who delights us with delicious dishes, original flavor combinations, and thoughtful touches throughout the meal... I'm with my mother, and at 102 years old, she's just discovered... her favorite restaurant! Yes, this restaurant is also a wonderful encounter in the truest sense of the word.

Located at Domaine Pierre Bourée Fils. A gastronomic tasting experience pairing food with 4–8 wines, especially enjoyable during the Hospices de Beaune period. After the meal, guests can visit the cellar and purchase bottles.
