La Table d'Edgar sur Saint-Brieuc

A high-end welcome and rooms for an ideally located hotel.

Flawless all round: welcome, comfort, calm, equipment, location and catering. The only downside is that it's a bit complicated by car because it's a pedestrian area. But the private parking lot was waiting for us. As a bonus, the Saturday morning market in front of our windows.

A very good stay at the Edgar Hotel for us. Very comfortable room, excellent location and friendly service. A lovely experience!

Our experience is that of a pleasure dinner as a couple on July 19. We were delighted with the 4-course formula and the welcome and the service and the quality of the dishes served including a top-notch sweetbread. The only downside for Madame's strawberry dessert, and the quality of the biscuit and the strawberry puree which did not bring the final touch of finesse provided by the previous dishes. For my part, a crunchy and excellent chocolate dessert. In conclusion, a good address and almost perfect satisfaction.

Another great experience at La table d’Edgard restaurant. Top service with very pleasant and smiling servers. And what about the cuisine, between the excellent veal rice and the artichoke bar, we were not disappointed from the appetizers to the desserts, including the wine selection. We will come back with pleasure.

Despite the site and the menu indicating the lunch menu, it no longer exists since this week. I don't appreciate being informed of this when placing the order. The dishes were good, nicely presented except the meat juice for the pork, a little too bitter for my taste. The service is very attentive, a big congratulations! My room is very well decorated, a good atmosphere. The portions are small, slightly lacking in generosity.

Edgar's table is always so perfect! We like to come back there as soon as we pass through St Brieuc.

Très belle découverte qui donne envie d’y revenir ! Personnel , repas, cadre tout est parfait ! Des plats recherchés et une superbe présentation! Restaurant qui gagne à être connu dans un budget plus que raisonnable au regarde de ce qui nous est servi !
