We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The generous and high-quality breakfast was much appreciated. The professional and attentive staff contributed to the quality of our stay. The welcome was warm from beginning to end. A truly wonderful place!

We only dined at the restaurant. The dining room is pleasant. The dishes are well-prepared and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are local and seasonal. A lovely table. The service is young and will mature, resulting in a smoother experience. No pressure! Everything is perfect! A very enjoyable time.

We stayed at the Edgar Hotel in September to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We had chosen it primarily for its restaurant, but unfortunately, a large event was taking place that evening, and the restaurant was booked for a private function. Despite this, the staff were very welcoming and understanding. We dined outside without any problems. Upon returning to the hotel, we wanted to order cocktails, and we were kindly offered some leftover pastries from the event, which we greatly appreciated. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The next morning, we had breakfast, which was good, with a good selection and quality products. A wonderful experience.

A superb stay for New Year's Eve! We stayed two nights at this hotel, which perfectly met all our expectations. The restaurant service was excellent, and our room was always tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this hotel; it's sure to please.
