La Table d'Eole sur Brochon

A truly wonderful and excellent find: “La Table d’Eole,” nestled in a small street in Brochon – what a discovery! The welcome, the delicious food we enjoyed – what a treat! And all this with Madame at the reception and serving, and Monsieur in the kitchen. A remarkable achievement for two people, demonstrating above all a love for their craft – undoubtedly a first reward to come. The Blanchet Family (table of 8)

I highly recommend this restaurant. From start to finish, it's perfect. The welcome and service are top-notch. The dishes are refined, made with quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious. And above all, they are incredibly kind. I booked directly on their website, specifying that I'm allergic to chili peppers, and they thoughtfully prepared my side dish of zucchini without chorizo. The vaulted stone dining room is very pleasant. We'll be back one evening on the weekend to try the weekend menu.

Absolutely stunning food at this small village restaurant. We enjoyed the trout starter the best and both mains(stone bass and veal) were amazing cooking. Chapeau to quote the TDF

Incredible! My wife and I went there for our wedding anniversary, and not only was the welcome exceptional (very attentive, pleasant conversations, genuine kindness: you can feel the passion, and that customer satisfaction is a priority!), but the food was also a delight: everything was refined and intense at the same time (including the desserts, and I'm very picky about desserts): what a pleasant surprise! The chef is truly talented! The drinks were equally impressive: an excellent glass of champagne and a delicious half-bottle of Pernand. The setting is ideal: not far from the wine route, yet tucked away, making it very peaceful. Free parking is available above, just a few steps away. In short: flawless, from start to finish! We've already made a note to return next year for the same occasion. Highly recommended.
