A journey, a show, a love of the craft and of people, a feeling of being among friends without knowing anyone. An enchanting interlude filled with joy and Amar's (delicate and rebellious) spirit. In short, beautiful, delicious (top-notch cuisine made exclusively with fresh ingredients). Those who are old-fashioned need not apply; this is a performance venue featuring Amar's ballet and his team, the Parisian effervescence, and a different style, but it's so wonderful to be there. Thank you to the whole team.

A marvel. Due to a metro breakdown, we only had about an hour for dinner. The staff took this into account and still served us a top-notch meal.
