The calm allows you to truly disconnect and actually hear yourself talk, which is becoming rare! The Fish Menu: Prepared with great finesse. You can tell the chef respects the quality of the ingredients. The Service: Discreet and attentive, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's serene atmosphere. My favorite part: The fish was cooked to absolute perfection, meltingly tender. A real treat for seafood lovers.

A Caribbean restaurant with authentic flavors but no frills, well worth discovering. I only went for lunch, so the atmosphere was rather subdued and the welcome somewhat reserved, but the delicious food more than made up for it.
