I never post reviews but today I can't help but write it because I was so surprised by this culinary experience. I had the impression of experiencing the film ratatouille in all its splendor and in all its magic around the art of the table. A story for each chosen dish told by the owner with words that stimulate your taste buds, a simplicity that gives you confidence in discovering wines of character and adapted to your dishes. Thank you to the chef in the kitchen for this magnificent and surprising dessert and this entire dinner.
I won't tell you what I ate so that you have the same experience.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! Each dish, homemade, was a real delight. The wine was delicious and we were perfectly advised by the owner, whose passion for cooking and service is palpable. This restaurant, not quite popular in Saintes, is undoubtedly one of the best in the region. An experience to repeat without hesitation!

Excellent address to enjoy delicious and refined cuisine. The welcome is very warm. The menu is explained with passion by the owner of the place and makes each dish, prepared with very beautiful products, very tempting! The service is impeccable and the presentation of the plates elegant. I highly recommend this Saintaise address where the taste buds are as much a treat as the eyes!

Very good place for wine lovers. The dishes offered are very good and the wines wonderful.
For a wine bar, you will taste something other than charcuterie boards. 3 cheese fondues, kidneys in a crust, a real delight...
