A truly wonderful experience in this unique setting. The dishes were sophisticated, featuring plenty of vegetables and simple ingredients in combinations I'd never encountered before, such as scallops and beets. Each dish was cleverly conceived, blending novelty with delightful flavors. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team, including the staff who remained approachable, efficient, and attentive to their guests. A real gem!

We had a lovely time, the food was excellent and the atmosphere warm, but waiting 30 minutes for the bill was a shame, and the unfriendly remark from the so-called manager doesn't set a good example. At least an apology, not a comment about how hard she works... Paying €300 for two is disappointing.

We were able to eat there despite a hiccup with the online reservation. The setting is magnificent, with a view of the park, the greenhouse, and the castle. We opted for the 8-course menu, and it was excellent! You do need to have a good appetite, though, as the portions are generous. The wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings made for a truly enriching experience, and Hugo's explanations were superb. The service team and the kitchen staff will ensure you have a wonderful time.

It just lacked a little burst of flavor, but nothing more. My sister also stayed in a suite; as she didn't have a review, she told me she loved the hotel and the spa as well.
