We were able to eat there despite a hiccup with the online reservation.
The setting is magnificent, with a view of the park, the greenhouse, and the castle.
We opted for the 8-course menu, and it was excellent! You do need to have a good appetite, though, as the portions are generous. The wine and non-alcoholic beverage pairings made for a truly enriching experience, and Hugo's explanations were superb.
The service team and the kitchen staff will ensure you have a wonderful time.
We had the chance to dine at La Table des Pères.
The decor was stylish and pleasant.
A special mention also goes to the staff, attentive without being intrusive, cheerful, and always ready to explain the dishes or share an anecdote about the products.
We had the five-course surprise menu. I admit that at first, I was a little apprehensive about what we were about to taste, but I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish! Each plate offered us a true experience. It was a magnificent culinary journey, oscillating between land and sea, where each bite was a discovery.
I highly recommend it!
27/09/2024: Small, friendly hotel in the center of the village. You just have to want to be awake at 7am. The bells, having been held back all night, are released at 7 a.m. sharp, and when we think they are calming down, they ring out again.
And you can dine on a good pizza there.
I advise
20/09/2024: New welcoming owner.
Disappointed with the size of the pizzas, they are much smaller but still good.
