The setting and the ambiance are incredible. The service is friendly yet professional. The five-course menu left me completely satisfied. The dishes aren't revealed in advance. The meal was delicious, flawless from start to finish. Trust the sommelier; she guided us perfectly in choosing a bottle of wine. I recommend starting the experience with the cocktail/amuse-bouche at La Serre and finishing with coffees and digestifs. The place is wonderful, the cocktails are original, and the service is top-notch. My partner took me there as a surprise for our anniversary, and I was won over. Thank you to the kitchen and the service for this delightful experience.

Lunch in a refined, beautifully decorated, and very pleasant setting. The five-course wine pairing was a bit much for me. It was still excellent, but it felt a little overwhelming! Plus, having several servers made it difficult to maintain a conversation. The young and dynamic team was a pleasure to see.

A timeless moment, in a truly suspended cocoon, like a nest nestled within a structure inspired by nature, in the heart of a magnificently landscaped estate where the tranquility invites you to recharge and connect. We had an exceptional experience from beginning to end: at the hotel, in the greenhouse, at the gourmet restaurant La Table des Pères, and at the restaurant Le Re-Pères. Everything was perfect. From the venues to the staff, passionate, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. A rare, suspended moment that will not be forgotten. Simply: thank you.

I particularly appreciated the precision of the flavor pairings, always balanced without ever being overpowering. Each dish showcased a remarkable interplay of textures, with a subtle contrast that made every bite interesting from beginning to end. The flow of courses was seamless, coherent, and built like a gradual crescendo, without a single false note. Special mention goes to the foie gras, exquisitely delicate, as well as the quail dish, perfectly executed, both delicate and full of character. A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team for this experience. In the dining room, the service mirrors the cuisine: impeccable. An attentive and welcoming team, always present without ever being intrusive, with a genuine concern for detail and customer comfort. It's this kind of welcome that makes all the difference and makes you want to return. An address I recommend without hesitation.

We had a lovely time, the food was excellent and the atmosphere warm, but waiting 30 minutes for the bill was a shame, and the unfriendly remark from the so-called manager doesn't set a good example. At least an apology, not a comment about how hard she works... Paying €300 for two is disappointing.

We stopped here while visiting the region and had a wonderful time. The combinations and dishes were exquisite. We enjoyed three perfectly prepared seafood dishes: one marinated and two perfectly cooked. The jus and sauces were delightful and enhanced the dishes. The game dish was perfectly cooked, with a very pleasing and subtle combination of flavors. And the desserts provided a perfect ending to the meal. We were given a recommendation for a newly arrived wine, and it lived up to expectations. Best of luck to the entire team.
