"The world's best butcher" (by NY Times) Mr. Hugo Des Noyer, a meat craftsman trusted by many star chefs🥩 You can eat the best aged meat, but please be aware that there are only a few tables near the butcher shop. The butcher shop is open until 19:00, but the table is only open for lunch from 11:00 to 15:00 (Tuesday to Saturday)🍽️ The meat is the best On this day, the timing was perfect, and Yugo cut and served the food himself, and we had a friendly conversation 😄

06/02/2024: A brasserie café where bistronomy is essential. Warm atmosphere, good homemade dishes (excellent shallot flank steak), and pleasant staff. I took an Italian pilsner on tap with it that I didn't know.
02/01/2024: Very pleasant staff and excellent food! If you want a safe bet, opt for shallot flank steak. If you want to try a local specialty, I recommend the maroilles chicken! The chocolate fondant is also exceptional 🤤 10/10!

20/03/2024: Beautiful establishment on Place Saint Honoré. Spacious establishment without being large. Parisian bistro cuisine with interesting know-how…. Homemade, quality product. The meat is really very good. The big plus remains the wine cellar. Well stocked and varied…. Very very helpful and very smiling staff. Good wines with good dishes. I recommend for a stint in the sector
