Oreste is magnificent: a guy! Unfortunately the menu is variable both in type and quantity/courses. When we were there there was only one course. However, the cost of the menu is adjusted based on the courses available. Bring cash!

I recommend EVERYONE to stop by Oreste for one of his meals. We went here at the suggestion of lonely planet, and it was an unforgettable experience. As I have read in other reviews, it is difficult to explain through a simple comment, you have to experience it firsthand to understand and perceive who Oreste is and the love he puts into every single dish. Highly recommended to go to Oreste for the sunset, the view is spectacular! When I asked where the toilet was he pointed out the surrounding landscape, luckily it was a gag! But it still wouldn't have been bad. Oreste is a paxerello innkeeper who may remind Italians of the comedy of Paolo Rossi. He entertained us with a summary of contemporary society from a Marxist perspective. Homemade but well-refined cuisine made with products from his garden, the menu is fixed and decided by Oreste!
